Marshall Glowka, CEO
I have small business in my blood.
My folks were small business owners, my brother is a small business owner, two uncles are small business owners and there’s one value set that we all have in common:
"An undying commitment to customer service excellence – a commitment to being accountable and dealing fairly and honestly with each and every client, in every single situation."
It’s these deeply instilled values that I promise to you.
I believe "customer service excellence" – sadly – has become so cliché that the phrase elicits shrugs and no longer conveys the power and meaning it once held.
That said, I promise that my definition of service excellence, and that of my company, will ALWAYS be measured against a lost era when customer service meant full responsibility, courtesy, honesty, exceptional execution, quick response, and not just saying you’ll take those extra steps to earning and keeping a client, but actually DOING them.
I will ALWAYS be fully accountable to you in every way, and guarantee that full honesty and fair dealings are the foundation upon which I’ve built this business and that I would prefer to lose a client being honest – in fact I have – than gain one with deceptive practices.
As an extension of that, I further promise that when you contact my company, you’ll be speaking directly to me, and even as my business continues to grow, I will NEVER be more than one transfer away from any one of my clients.
Ultimately, I’m not here without you, my clients – as well as those I aspire to earn as my clients – and each day I begin with the affirmation that each of you are my first, last and only client.
This is my solemn promise to you,
